They can be unlocked separately by killing a certain amount of enemies while using that weapon on any Multiplayer map:

Weapon slot 4 – Unlocked by killing 500 enemies with the specific class.

Weapon slot 3 – Unlocked by killing 200 enemies with the specific class.

Weapon slot 2 – Unlocked by killing 50 enemies with the specific class.

Available to all players from the beginning.

Weapon slot 1 – Default Weapon for all classes.

To unlock them for each class you have to complete the following achievements: The stock models don’t support any upgrades, but all the others do.
